Had an awesome time with friends! We explored the Brandenburg Gate and checked out Museum Island. The breakfast was top-notch! Definitely spring for it at least one morning!

The air conditioning in our room was spotty. We asked about it at check-in, but it wasn't fixed during our stay. Kind of uncomfortable with the heat.

Enjoyed the spacious Deluxe Double Room with a lovely city view. however, the dining options around are limited. A nearby Italian restaurant is worth a visit. Ensure to be proactive with the room’s air conditioning, as it can be unmanageable without follow-ups.

Staff were mostly friendly, though I encountered a few who seemed indifferent, especially during check-in. The breakfast buffet was a highlight—delicious and a good variety of options. However, the air conditioning was a big issue. it barely worked and I felt uncomfortable at times. Housekeeping could improve too. They didn’t restock our toiletries properly. The heating also blew cold air, which did not help. I did enjoy the fitness center, but more supervision would enhance safety. The dinner menu at the hotel restaurant was overpriced and not very appealing.

I had a wonderful stay for 3 nights, enjoying the phenomenal breakfast with a custom omelette station that made mornings delightful. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making my experience memorable, especially at the executive lounge. Although the hotel is a bit away from major attractions, accessing transportation was easy and convenient. It would be nice if they offered more direct shuttle services to popular spots.
